This Candlewood Suites in Bloomington, IN is designed to meet the requirements of the city of Bloomington as well as the prototype design. It is to be a 3 story hotel setting on top of a parking garage and restaurant. Plans are currently waiting for final approval.

Courtyard - Miami, FL
This renovation of the lobby, lounge, breakfast area and meeting space will bring this property up to Marriott’s most current standard. The new standard calls for ‘Welcome Pedestals’ in lieu of a registration desk, media pods for business clients, and an appropriately named S-Bar design for the breakfast area.

Crowne Plaza - Newton, MA
Dimensions, Inc was hired to design the $7 million interior renovation for this Crowne Plaza located on the outskirts of Boston. This 330 room property also has banquet facilities as well as a restaurant, fitness room, indoor pool and club lounge. The renovation is scheduled to be complete by May 2010.

Fairfield Inn - Conroe, TX
This Fairfield Inn is currently under construction in Conroe, TX and features a large lobby, outdoor pool, lounge area and exercise room. Sun Development is the owner and anticipates the opening in the Spring of 2010.

First Farmers Bank & Trust - Converse, IN
With the purchase of Central Bank, First Farmers Bank & Trust needed more office space at their corporate headquarters in Converse, IN. First Farmers Bank & Trust hired Dimensions to design this one story 7500 sf addition which includes more office space and a new computer room.

Holiday Inn - Bossier City, LA
This Holiday Inn, Bossier City, LA will consist of 201 rooms with 4 suites. The existing 2 story, 200 room exterior corridor guestroom building will be partially knocked down to allow for guest accommodations while the new 4 story 201 guestroom building is erected. The existing commercial building housing, check in, restaurant/bar and meeting facilities will be renovated with a new Holiday Inn exterior and Porte-cochere. The Restaurant, Pool and Pool House will be replaced and new meeting space will be added. The new facilities are expected to open in 2010.

Holiday Inn Universal - Orlando, FL
Phase One will include infilling the exterior balconies for the entire ten floors of the north tower. This will provide the opportunity to upgrade the exterior to be in conformance with Holiday Inn’s current design standards. In addition, the entrance canopy and pool areas will be addressed. Additional work may be done in subsequent phases.

Holiday Inn - Alexandria, LA
This 4 story, 133 room hotel will be built in Alexandria, LA. In addition to the 2 story lobby, the facility also hosts a restaurant, lounge, indoor pool, exercise room, game room and expanded meeting room and break out rooms.

Ivy Tech Community College - Logansport, IN
Currently, Ivy Tech Community College’s Logansport campus is located in a retail plaza. Beginning in January of 2010, they will hold classes in their new $17 million, 82,000 sq. ft. facility being constructed on the south side of Logansport. The building will include multiple business education labs, science wet labs, industrial technology labs, a student commons and a large community hall available for local functions.

Staybridge - College Station, TX
This new Staybridge Suites in College Station, TX will have 105 suites on 5 floors. Along with the standard amenities of guest laundry, fitness room, large breakfast area and bridgemart shop, this property will also have a theater room, larger meeting room and outdoor pool for the guests to enjoy.
